The coconut fruit is a "Drupe".

They develop from the monocarpellary superior ovaries and are one seeded fruits.

The fruits generally have three layers. They are pericarp, mesocarp and endocarp.

In the coconut fruit the pericarp is thin layered

the mesocarp is fibrous and

the endocarp is stony.

We can find coconut water which is endosperm

Hope it is helpful.
