Coconut oil , kerosene , mustard will not dissolve in water even if it was mixed with agitation forning two different layers , they sparate after sometime . Explain why ?

heya mate here is the answer !!!
the molecules of water do not mix with the molecules of oil . the space between the molecules of water is not taken by oil , so that's why they are immiscible in water .
