u = v / tg

u = coefficient of friction.

v = velocity of the tyre.

t = time taken to come to rest.

suppose the tyre of the vehicle is moving with angular velocity Omega and the centre of mass of the tire is moving with linear velocity V know if rolling motion happened between the tire and the road then the there is always friction that can act also there is no slipping between the road and the tyre . So the COM of the tyre moved with velocity omega×radius
