Given coffee cost =250 per kg and Ratio = 5:2.
Total cost of 7kg(5+2) mixture = 250 * 5 + 75 * 2
= 1250 + 150
= 1400 rupees.
Then, The total cost of 1kg mixture = 1400/7
= 200.
Given, selling price = 230kg.
Gain = Selling price - cost price
= 230 - 200
= 30 rupees.
Gain% = Gain/cost price * 100
= 30/200 * 100
= 15.
Hope this helps!
