coins of same size are placed one above the other and a cylindrical solid block is formed.the volume of this block is 49.28 cm cube.diameter of each coin is 2.8 cm and thickness is 0.2 cm. find the number of coins arranged in this block

volume = 49.28 cm³

Coin

d = 2.8 cm

so r = 2.8/2 = 1.4 cm

h = 0.2 cm

volume = \pir²h

             = 22/7 * 1.4 * 1.4 * 0.2

       V    = 1.232 cm²

No. coins = 49.28/1.232 = 40 coins
