cold is not a matter but cold drink is. why?

Cold is not a matter because it is a type of feeling and do not occupies mass and do not have mass whereas cold drink is a liqiud and has mass as well as space therefore it is matter.

cold is not a matter but cold drink is because, cold is a word which we cannot touch or feel. And cold drink is a matter which we can touch, feel and drink. And a matter is a thing which we can touch and feel.
