Colin got 16 out of 80 correct in his test. What fraction of the marks did he get correct? Give your answer in its simplest form.

Here, the marks obtained by Colin= 16


Total marks in the test= 80


The fraction of the marks he got correct= the marks obtained by Colin/total marks


The fraction of the marks he got correct= 16/80  


The fraction of the marks he got correct= 1/5


Therefore, the fraction of the marks Colin got correct is 1/5.
