He gives many fundamental theories like Law of motion , Law of gravitation etc... his discoveries in optics is incredible. He discovered white light to be composed of component color wavelengths. The law discovered by him states that the rate of cooling in a body is directly proportional to temperature difference between the body and its surroundings. Inertia is discovered by Newton and pendulum clock is discovered by gallieo
inertia discovered by Galileo , not Newton. Newton just use his concept in his theory, 1st law of motion
