Answer:

Answer : Spiracles are the tiny pores present in the insects like cockroaches which help in gaseous exchange whereas stomata are the openings present on the surface of the leaves. ... Spiracles are present laterally i.e. on the sides of the body of the organism whereas the stomata are present on the surface of the leaves.

The pores through which leaves exchange gases is Stomata. They are the small openings present on the inner surface of the leaves. Stomata can be opened and closed. During night when no photosynthesis take place the plant breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide through stomata. The plant lose water in the form of vapour through stomata. The loss of water through stomata is called transpiration. Transpiration helps the plant in cooling the leaves.
