Rate of infiltration is higher in sandy soil where frequency of water is more. Hence sprinkler water method is more suited to sandy soils. In sprinkler water methods water is taken from source of the fields through pipes. whereas in surface irrigation methods only 30-45 per cent water reaches the crops.

In this I like sprinkler water irrigation because, Sprinklers water the garden pathways just the same as the beds. With hand watering, the pathways remain dry. ... And soaker hoses have similar benefits to drip systems, but can be moved to different beds as needed, and deliver water directly to the soil with no spraying.

Explanation:

The two types of Irrigation methods are Dripping method and Sprinkle Method.

Dripping method of Irrigation- Dripping is used in agriculture for irrigation. The pipes are directly connected from the Well, pond or other sources of water to the root of the plant. By applying this method water is not wasted but money is most put on.

Sprinkle Method of Irrigation - Sprinkle

Method is used in agriculture for irrigation. There are/is sprinklers in middle of the land where crops are grown and the water is going on sprinkling on the crops. Much water is wasted here. But it is cheaper.

The best method which I like the most is Dripping method. Maybe our money has spent a lot but the water is not wasted.

hope it's help you
