ph scale has values ranging from 0to 14. if
the pH value of a substance is 0then it means that it's really acidic
if the pH value of a substance is 14then its really alkaline if pH value of a substance is equal to 0 then its neutral. if you are using pH paper you must dip it the solution while if you are using liquid pH you must mix both the indicator and solution hope it helps
