She was born on 19th November 1928, in Varanasi, India.
She was the queen of the Jhansi district which is in Uttar Pradesh State, India.
She became an icon for the freedom struggle against the British Raj for Indian.
She was one of the warriors who fought for India independence.
She dressed like a man and fought a fierce battle and was killed in combat.
