According to the newspapers in a developing country, for instance, Pakistan, there are multiple development programmes that take place.

An example of such a programme is "Metro Station" or "construction of a Hospital named, "Shaukat Khanum Hospital in Lahore".

The coverage of newspapers are quite different but have one thing in common. The common aspect is the government being praised for their various choices of governmental projects.
