Metals are used in our daily life for a large number of puposes.
Some of the important uses of metals are:
1. iron, copper, aluminium metals are used to make cooking utensils,and water boilers for factories.
2.Copper metals are used for electric wires for house hold wiring , electric motors, armature of dynamo etc.
3. aluminum foil is used for packaging medicines, choclates , food items and
4.Aluminium is used to make aeroplanes.
5.Iron metal is used to make screws, nails, nut bolts , pipes , railings ,stoves, office furniture , machines etc.
6.Zinc metal is used for galvanizing iron to protect it from rusting.
7. silver and gold are used to make jewellery.
