Explanation:

Hey...

Thallophyta belongs to thr kingdom plantae, and has body like thallus , or not well differentiated. They are also called as algae.

Ex: Ulothrix, Cladophora, Chara.

Bryophyta also belongs to kingdom plantae , and its body is differentiated into stem, leaf, and root like structures. They donot have any vascular tissues. They are alao called amphibians of the plant kingdom, bcoz they are found in shady places on land and water.

Pteridophyta also belongs to plant kingdom. It's body is well differentiated too. The difference between bryophyta and pteridophyta is that pteridophyta has vascular tissues and bryophyta doesn't. The vascular tissues help in conduction of food and water.

Ex: Marsilea,Gerns and Horse tails.
