color blindness is a y chromosome linked genetic disease.... as the karyotype of females is 44AA+XX and karyotype of males is 44AA+XY so girls have no chance of getting colorblind or colorblind carriers...


males have only one Y chromosome so it's evident that males are prone to colorblindness.. colorblind Male carriers cannot be possible because only a single dose of Y chromosome is present...
