Our body colour is due to the presence of a pigment called Melanin.
The middle lobe of our pituitary gland secretes a hormone called Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone (MSH), which also helps in giving colour to our body.

[However, note that the impact of MSH hormone in our body is not much...it only affects lower groups of organisms like chameleons, and some birds].
