Answer:

(1) Sleeping in bed,Potter was rather uncomfortable.

(2) Receiving a phone call,Savithri got angry.

Explanation:

(1) See.. present participle means given ""verb"" in first sentence + "ing" form . Here verb is slept present participle is- Sleeping .so write sleeping in a bed , it changes into potter because we have to mention who is feeling uncomfortable .. so It=Potter. Your answer is Sleeping in bed , Potter felt uncomfortable

(2) Here.. also present participle means ..""verb"" in first sentence+ing Form . Here verb is received .. so ""received"" changes into ""Receiving"" .in second sentence she refers to Savithri ... So in second sentence She changes to Savithri . So your Answer Is Receiving a phone call, Savithri got angry.
