1 Why was the elections not held ? this is not known

Ans:  This is not known why the election was not held.

2 She maybe talented .we do not know it .

Ans:  We don’t know that she may be talented.

3 He will be free sometimes . she she will be glad to know it

Ans: She will be glad to know that he will be free sometimes.

4 She has gone somewhere. we do not know the place.

Ans: We don’t know where she has gone.

5 A car had been stolen . this was the rumour full stop.

Ans: This was the rumour that car had been stolen.

Here, we are using noun clause in a complex sentence.

In a complex sentence there are more than one clauses – one is dependent clause and the other is independent clause.

Here, in all the sentences the beginning of sentence is with independent clause (e.g. This is not known or We don’t know)

The part of the sentence that is marked with underline is dependent clause which is named as Noun Clause.
