Answer:

1) The family bought Attila to guard the house, for there were a series of house-breakings and thefts in the neighbourhood.

2) He was quite friendly with all the strangers.

3) When Attila saw Ranga stealing the valuables he waited for a moment and then licked Ranga's hands and rolled his eyes. Ranga expected the dog to bark, but he didn't bark at all.

4) Ranga was annoyed withAttila because Attila was following him where ever he was going. Though Ranga didn't want his company still he followed him everywhere. And because of this act of Attila, Ranga got irritated and annoyed.

5) The family members were very happy with Attila disappearance . The father even told that

he may thank the theif for taking Attila away.

6) Attila run after Ranga because he knew that Ranga wanted to desert him. From his chase others conclude that he is very cunning detective and too deep for words.
