reduce says that we have to reduce the usage of plastics and we have to use the bags made of paper.

reuse says that we have to reuse the bags once again till it spoils whether it is plastic bag or paper bag.

recover says that after using plastics we have not throw it on the land because when the plastic goes under the ground the energy which is there in the plants will not be there and hence plants may not grow properly so we have to dispose plastic covers or wrappers in the dustbin and we have to send it for recycling so that plants may grow properly and the land fertility may not spoil
