Answer:

(i) All matter is made of very tiny particles called atoms.

(ii) Atoms are indivisible particles, which cannot be created or destroyed in a chemical reaction.

(iii) Atoms of a given element are identical in mass and chemical properties.

(iv) Atoms of different elements have different masses and chemical properties.

(v) Atoms combine in the ratio of small whole numbers to form compounds.

(vi) The relative number and kinds of atoms are constant in a given compound

There were three changes (drawbacks) made for this theory

(i) They thought atoms were indivisible but they can be divided into electrons , protons and neutrons

(ii) the theory states that Atoms of a given atoms that have the same atomic number are identical in mass and chemical properties , but now it is known that atoms that have the same atomic number  can have slightly different masses ( they are called isotopes =  atoms that have the same atomic number  but different masses )

(iii) The theory states that Atoms of different elements have different masses but now we know that atoms that have the different  atomic number can have same masses ( isobars)
