The people/person/relationship-oriented communicator focuses on motivations, feelings, people and relationships in general. They are inclined to be emotional, perceptive, more spontaneous and more sensitive. They must understand why and ensure others are comfortable with the interactions  and feel assured that people have what they require. They will go out of their way to put the feelings of others first or at least take it into consideration.
• Task and Time Oriented communication is a style of communication characterised by being goal-oriented or instrumental and often related to individualistic cultures. Someone who uses a task-based style focuses on "getting things done" effectively, and focuses less on establishing and maintaining good relationship between people and organizations. Those with a time- and task-oriented approach are those who say they are professional multitaskers. They want to schedule time for communication and interaction. They want to know the length of their "meeting." It might, however, be considered impersonal.
