Mahatma Gandhi played really a crucial role in national movement and making India free from the cruel British who drained all our wealth.
Freedom fighters like Bhagat Singh, Mahatma Gandhi have only evoked the spirit of nationality........ SALUTE TO THEM!!

mahatma gandhi  has contributed his life to the country.in india he is also called as bapu and officially honored in india as the father of nation.gandhiji was a leader during national movement.he pioneered satyagraha ,resistance to tyranny his philosophy was founded upon truth and ahinsa.methods adopted by gandhiji to make indian national movement.during the period he personally lead the movement when he is in jail he gave directions from inside.his chief contribution to the national movement is that he made national movement a mass movement his services for india's freedom are unforgetabble
