yes it is right because when we ignore someone he or she got anger in which he or she doesnt cares for what happens
2. morever we should never try to ignore anyone infront of him or herself

it is a real fact in today's world that we tend to be intolerant of others in particular when others started ignoring you...
and when we haven't got all the facts ( a good example is autism).
So don't judge others by first impressions.
