peggy and maddie were rude to wanda.But they were not too bad,because peggy doesn't even do any harm to an animal also.peggy and maddie were the popular ones in their school.So peggy often teased wanda,asking about her dresses and how many shoes does she have.

Peggy wasn't as bad as maddie was as she doesnt wanna harm anyone but she still joined maddie when teasing wanda and constantly asking about how many dresses and shoes she had . Both peggy and maddie would tease wanda and make fun of her daily. Therefore their behaviour towards wanda was very rude and not kind.
