The ideal contraceptive method must not be harmful for our body . It should not cause any damage .
Like by changing the hormonal balance the contraception method is done . This must be avoided because it causes damage to our metabolic process .
Contraception devices such as copper t and loop are placed in the uterus to prevent pregnancy . Again they can cause side effects due to irritation of the uterus .
Surgical methods are safe in the long run but it can cause infection and other problem if not performed properly
All this problem must not be there in the ideal contraceptive devices and Thus condoms are the best barrier to prevent the pregnancy ..
