》》these lines are taken from the poems in which the poet wants to tell about the feelings and conditions of rain drop who have to face many difficulties while falling on the earth ..... the rain drop comes out from their home which is called heaven in the poem .... when she came out she was very sad and cry but the hills who really want her is laughing because the hills becomes happy when the rain falling on them that's why the poet said that when the rain drops cry the hills laugh ..... "I" refers for rain drop here ......
