Answer:

Rate of evaporation means the rate at which liquid convert into water vapours

So, on increasing surface area the molecules in contact with air increases and hence evaporation increases

On increasing wind speed the wind can flown away large number of molecules with it so evaporation also increases in this case

But on increasing humidity their is decrease in evaporation as their is already large number of molecules of water in air so air doesn't need more water so evaporation decreases
