John Dalton was born in 1766 and was a well known chemist, who introduced the atomic theory in the field of chemistry. He carried out an extensive research in the subject of color blindness.

Generally, any scientific or research paper is considered to be very boring by the general public. However, it is often found interesting by any person who is interested in the topic and attempts to seek more knowledge into the topic.

Thus, his comment that " This paper will no doubt be found  interesting by those who take an interest  in it"  indicates that no work or task is boring or uninteresting if the person doing the task takes an active interest into the task and tries to understand the logic behind all the activities.
