Fundamental Rights are the "basic rights" conferred to the citizens of a nation, by its constitution, in a democracy. "Fundamental rights" are not "privileges". These are conditions, which will allow an individual, to lead a normal life (as a human being) in a democratic set up. Fundamental rights cannot be withdrawan from any individual, under normal circumstances.
