In this novel an appointment in Samarra is actually an appointment with death. This novel tells that no one can escape from the death and it is certain. In this novel death comes as choice. Julian was a well-behaved man and his age was 30 years old and his wife name was Caroline who is very beautiful. He had a high status in society, good job and good money but he thought that life was not good enough for him. Appointment in Samarra meant the last three days of Julian’s life and he decided to schedule final appointment with death.
