HE SETUP  THREE MAIN DEPARTMENTS THE SOCIAL DEPARTMENT , THE REVENUE DEPARTMENT ' THE MILITARY DEPARTMENT. THE JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT WAS ALSO REORGANIZED AND A COURT WAS DRAWN UP KNOWN AS RANBIR PANEL COURT.
