Because it have duke through this nutrition provide

The placenta is an organ attached to the lining of the womb during pregnancy. The placenta composed of both maternal tissue and tissue derived from the embryo. It contains blood spaces on the mother's side and villi on the embryo's side .
Functions:
1. It provides food and oxygen to the foetus .
2. The foetus gives away waste products and carbon dioxide to the mother's blood for excretion...
