Answer:
• Lutkins mother is a very jolly person, who of course is a little bit rude too. She is described as the old tigress also.
• She is an important role to play as she on one hand says she doesn't agree that Lutkin's is in home, while at last, she laughs with Lutkin's in the station.
• Lutkin tells himself as Bill to the author. He felt fresh as seven in front of both of them at the station.
. And also, she knows how to tackle things at right time, as if she is really serious about that.
However, she never harms anyone, she scared the narrator although, to show how she disliked Lutkin's.
• This story title name is The Hack Driver.
