A cobra somehow got into the house and it was nearing the little boy. The mongoose sniffed the snake and jumped up. He fought with the cobra. The cobra began to attack. There was a fierce fight between the cobra and the mongoose. The mongoose finally bit and killed the cobra.
The mongoose saw the farmer's wife returning from market. He ran happily towards her to greet her. She saw blood around the mouth and paws of the mongoose. The farmer's wife mistook that the mongoose had attacked her son.

Both looked with their impatient eyes at each other and waited for the moment when it will jump on the other. The snake curved his tail and showed a sign of aggression. The mongoose being uncontrollable jumped on the snake and then that vigorous fight began. Both were the injured soldiers fighting for their country. The mongoose gave a bite on his tail and the snake being unbearable cannot tolerate it's pain but it tried untill it's last breath. Finally being the winner the mongoose threw the snake aside with its mouth and the snake took it's last breath. The fight was so interesting that my breath took a halt. Really seeing them in open eyes is just inexpressible .
