Commercial activity is any activity done in the market. It is the activity for commercial/economic purposes.

The statement that; ""Commercial activities deal with buying and selling of goods ,the exchange commodities and the distribution of finished goods " is true. It says that in a commercial activity goods are bought and sold. A market is a place where goods are sold and bought and the market is a commercial area, hence all the activities are commercial.

Commodities are exchanged and goods are bought on credit in a market. Goods are provided by the suppliers for sale at a set price and shopkeepers exchanage their products with one another as well in case of need.
