1. There's no problem in communication decades ago as far as I concern, as there was many sources like Internet, Better Transportation and all.
2. So we can Manage Communication Face to Face Either by Video Confrence, Call, or Meet Man to Man to short out the problem of miscommunication.
☢ CENTURIES AGO :
1. Landline Telephones this is what the main source of communication that time i.e. 1900.
2. But middle class homes could not afford them. Offices had them, and people in the upper middle class could afford them.
3. So as they're available in Offices and Job Places, so People can communicate their there worker team pr friends around.
☢ MILLENNIA AGO :
1. There was no High tech source of communication as we know. So People Generally use to write letters, or send their messengers to communicate.
2. But when you'll go in lil more past time, i.e. when languages weren't established, then :
- Long distances people could communicate with fires. If there was a threat of invasion the defenders would make fires on the top of hills or mountains
- Flags are used as code that is based on the position of two flags held by the person sending the signal. Each flag position represents a letter of the alphabet of old time.

But communication is suddenly a tuff one for the people who work around the world known as 'remote employees'.Thos who work around the world for their business,they often suffer from communication problems.This problem was the most difficult problem for them to communicate with each other.
Today's world:-
Now in these days,this problem has got a new solution as mobile phone, internet has solved the problem of communication.Remote workers now can easily communicate with each other,woth their family though remaining very far from their family.Through internet ond can easily now talk with each other, message regarding any problem,can get help anytime they want.
But this problem was a great problem in the past times.Remote workers couldn't get help whenever they needed any help.This kind of problem costs a remote worker in their works,also in their lives.Writing a letter was the main solution at that time.But this wasn't a permanent solution for the problem.At that time many telephones were also used for communication.But remote workers couldn't get through it.
An experience of miscommunication in a former job and how I managed it:-
Miscommunication means lack of adequate communication.This kind of problem is caused due to lack of proper understanding.Due to miscommunication a remote worker can be caused in his/her work.My experience of miscommunication in job:-
Whenever I went to work around the world I felt that I won't be able to communicate properly with my family or my friends.At that time, miscommunication caused me to talk with other people.I couldn't get any help or any kind of message from other part of world.So I had to somehow manage it.I tried to get proper network connection.After a lot of problem suffering,I somehow got proper network connection and was able to mabage that problem.
So to manage every problem a remote worker must keep trying and trying and believe in himself/herself.
