Our life would be so much easier if everyone communicated well with each other and misunderstandings were resolved easily. Unfortunately, this is not the case in real life; especially in today’s diverse workplace where people from different walks of life have to work togetherin the same environment. Without effective communication skills, there’s a lot of room for misunderstandings, misinterpretations, and tension between co-workers.
1) Listen properly
2) Avoid jargon
3) Keep an open mind
4) Be aware of cultural differences

and combat are hell! Anyone who has experienced it up close would have to agree it is hell. War then is a terrible environment for anyone to want to ever experience again, right?
