After the death of Julius Caesar, Marcus Brutus gave his reasonable speech which covers the Romans at first. He marked his friend's death was essential for the welfare of Romans. He also included that himself and others were right in killing Caesar as he was ambitious and would become a dictator if left alive. By this he portrays himself, Cassius and other conspirators as noble persons.
Despite of Cassius's warning Brutus gave Antony to orate on Caesar's funeral. This was not a wise decision of Brutus, which later turned against him. Antony, being a great orator, conveyed all good deeds about Caesar by flattering Brutus and other conspirators. He flatters as Noblest man and slowly turned the Romans against him. He remarked the will and welfare made by Caesar to Romans along with rising a question "do Caesar Ambitious?" in people's mind. This infuriated people and they started revolting against Brutus and others.
By this we understand that Communication skills can make or destroy a man.
