Burnable CD’s are made of polycarbonate, silver reflective layer, laser - responsive dye , laquer overcoat, and possibly a UV ink printable layer . There is nothing magnetic nor metallic there.
In CD-ROMS, the silver and dye are replaced by a sputtered aluminum layer. Aluminium (and gold used instead on some CDs and CD-Rs) are metals. They’re amagnetic in normal conditions, so will not react to a regular magnet.
