presidential form of govt.(head of the country)

1.his/her power are just princely power

2.he elects the prime minister of the majority and winning party.

 3.his department gives the oath to prime minister ,but the PM is not answerable to the president.

pariliamentary for of govt.(head of the govt.)

chairs all the govt. meeting and cabinet meeting

he can remove any one from there post like civil servants

he can change his minister duties.....

he is also responsible to take any important decision at any point of time.
