The main motive of profit sharing organizations is to earn maximum amount of profits through either increase it sales or with differential pricing strategy for different market whereas the nonprofit organizations serves goods to its members only.

So this is the comparative study of both profit and non-profit organization.  

All the benefits/ income if any earned by non-profit organization shall be kept as reserves for its members or distributed among its members.
