Compare 3 x² + 2 √3 x + √3 = 0 with ax² + bx + c = 0 and find the value of b²-4ac. from this write the nature of roots.

AND EVEN IF YOU THINK THE QUESTION IS WRONG BECAUSE SOME OTHER USERS SOLVED IT OR ASKED IT DIFFERENTLY PLEASE DON'T REPORT IT. I CAN'T PROVE THE PERSON WHO SETTED OUR FIRST TERM EXAM PAPER WRONG. AND TO LET YOU KNOW THIS TYPING SUCKS SO IF YOU THINK THIS QUESTION IS WRONG KINDLY IGNORE IT PLEASE AND PLEASE IF YOU CAN'T SOLVE IT DON'T ANSWER IT JUST TO GAIN POINTS

Answer:

See the explanation

Step-by-step explanation:

Comparing 3x^2+2\sqrt 3+\sqrt 3=0 with ax^2+bx+c=0

we have a=3,b=2\sqrt 3,c=\qrt 3

\therefore b^2-4ac=(2\sqrt 3)^2-4(3)(\sqrt 3)=12-12\sqrt 3=12(1-\sqrt 3)

And since \sqrt 3>1\Rightarrow b^2-4ac=12(1-\sqrt 3)<0

and hence roots are unreal
