The word COMPARE means to tell if the fraction is greater than, less than or equal to each other.

So, in order to do this first we need to take out the LCM or the least/lowest common multiple of the denominators.

So, the denominator of both the fractions are 6 and 15.

Now the LCM of both of them will be 2 x 3 x 5 which will be 30.. So, we can say that the LCM= 2 x 3 x 5= 30

Now, we are gonna make the denominators as 30 so that we can easily compare.

\frac{5}{6} X 5= \frac{25}{30\\}

\frac{13}{15} X 2=  \frac{26}{30}

So now, the denominators are the same that is 30. With the help of this, we can easily look into the numerators and find out which fraction is greater.

So the numerators are 25  and 26.

This clearly shows us that 26 is greater than 25.

So, it means that 13/15 is a greater fraction.
