.It was a dream-come-true moment for the students and staff of Rukmini Devi Public School when Dr A P J Abdul Kalam,former President of India and a noted visionary,visited the school on April 9. The former President interacted with the students who were all eager to pose their questions to him. Dr Abdul Kalam was cheered by the jubilant students all the way from the school gate to the venue of the programme. School Principal Anita Garg said the occasion of Dr Kalam’s visit to the school would forever be deeply embossed in the mind of each student. She added that for most of the staff and students,Dr Kalam was a role model and his persona would go a long way in molding the lives and aspirations of today’s generation.
