compare and contrast belgium and srilanka regarding power sharing pz write some what big otherwise my mam will shout thanks in advance

In Sri Lanka & Belgium,there were ethnic conflicts of power on basis of the language of the language.The groups being numerically larger were in conflict with the groups lesser in number.
-Belgium adopted a policy of power sharing while in SriLanka they adopted a policy of Majoritarionism.
-Beldium gave equal powers to all communities.Minor or major doesn't matter while SriLanka gave preference to the majority Sinhala group alone,disregarding the minority.
-Belgium solved the problem while SriLanka only increased the problem.
