- While performing any experiment we need to report about three components: Observation, Results, and conclusions.
- Observation is actually the experiment being performed. Carefully observing the experiment and noting down the process.
- Whereas, Result is said to be the output obtained at the end of the experiment.
- Initially, observation should be accurate by which we get accurate results.
- Observation+Results together give us the conclusion of a particular experiment.
- Conclusion would already be present in the result itself.
