Difference between Observation and Results:

  • While performing any experiment we need to report about three components: Observation, Results, and conclusions.
  • Observation is actually the experiment being performed. Carefully observing the experiment and noting down the process.
  • Whereas, Result is said to be the output obtained at the end of the experiment.
  • Initially, observation should be accurate by which we get accurate results.
  • Observation+Results together give us the conclusion of a particular experiment.
  • Conclusion would already be present in the result itself.
