An organized sector is where the employment terms are fixed, whereas an unorganized is where the employment terms are wavering.

  • In an organized sector the conditions of employment are regular and fixed and the employees received assured tasks.
  • Whereas an unorganized sector is one where the work conditions are not standardized and fixed, and even the businesses are not registered with the government.
  • In an organised sectors employees have fixed working hours and also receive benefits such as gratuity and insurance.
  • While in an unorganised structure, there are no such benefits and the wroking hours are also not stable.
