Rational Numbers are numbers which can be expressed in the form p/q where q not equal to 0, p and q are integers.

The numbers can have decimal expansions of either recurring but non terminating, or terminating expansions.

Example: 10/3 = 3.33........ 5/2 = 2.5 etc.

Irrational Numbers are numbers which cannot be expressed in the form of p/q, and their decimal expansion is non-recurring and non terminating.

Example: π = 3.1415926535 8979323846 2643383279 5028841971 6939937510 5820974944 5923078164 0628620899 8628034825 3421170679.........
